Wizard rock is all about friends and rocking out. For Ben, the Slytherin of the one man band Bella’s Love, this is how it started. Inspired by his the many established wizard rockers, including the former band Luna Lovegood and the Crumple Horned Snorlack, and the encouragement of his friends to start a band, he grabbed his guitar and since March 2006, has played his own form of wizard folk rock/pop.
The songs of Bella’s Love explain the books from characters’ points of view, delving into their minds, rather than readers’ perspectives. As well, Ben is branching out from the wizard rock scene, writing and performing music songs relating to both wizard rock and other subjects. Bella’s Love’s Demo album is now available for download.
