Here’s a new band you all should check out, they’re a virtual band called Potter Noyz. They have three songs up right now: two from their Live at Chudley Stadium concert (”Mischief Managed” and “We Got Love”) and a more mellow song from their Unplugged at the Leaky Cauldron live show (”Hey Ginny”). They also have a “Welcome to Potter Noyz” message on the site… an 8 minute intro to the band with some more details on their back story.

The band consists of: Harry Potter on vocals and guitar. Ron Weasley on vocals and lead guitar. Peeves the Poltergeist on drums and percussion. Kreacher the House Elf on bass. George Weasley as streetdancer and keyboardist.

So head on over to their myspace and give them a listen!

Most unfortunate news has come to the attention of WizardRock.org. According to a blog post by Whompy, who has been on tour with the Remus Lupins, the bands’ van was broken into during a show in Richmond, VA. The villains got away with approximately $2000 dollars in cash and two of the band’s iPods.

So please, if you have time check out The Remus Lupins myspace and see if there’s anything you’d like to buy from CDs or merch.
